  1. That is one thing I love about my bank – they have someone who can help at all times. Never had an incident that couldn’t be fixed. Sometimes not as timely as I would like but usually fairly painlessly.


    • The account is STILL messed up!!! And the account manager has yet to return my phone call – just called the bank and spoke with another manager who knows us rather well and yeah, knows I’m beyond annoyed now…hopefully, we can get this cleared up – should not have taken this long 😦

  2. Update: after making several phone calls, finally got this resolved – dd is very happy.
